Technical Sales / Proposals Engineer

Damper Technology Ltd are the leading UK designers and manufacturers of industrial dampers to a UK and worldwide client base.

We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Sales / Proposals Engineer to join our young and dynamic team. This is a career opportunity which will offer clear progression to the right applicant.

You will need to have an engineering background and be qualified to ONC minimum in a related discipline.

An articulate and confident person, you will enjoy working as part of a small dedicated team, but will also be self motivated and capable of working on your own initiative with the minimum of supervision. You will need to be down to earth, honest, and possess excellent interpersonal skills which allow you to communicate with people at all levels.

Highly computer literate, you will have a methodical and organised approach, take pride in your work, have an eye for detail and an appetite for success.

Experience of estimating and producing proposals / quotations for industrial fabrications or machinery would be an advantage.

This is an office based position with the opportunity for some UK and occasional overseas travel.
