This privacy policy sets out how Damper Technology Ltd (DTL) uses and protects any information that you give us when you use our website, complete one of our forms or give us your details at a trade exhibition/conference.

DTL is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that is will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

DTL may change this policy from time to time by updating this page.  You should check this page periodically to ensure that you are happy with any changes.  This policy is effective from 25th May 2018.

What we collect

We may collect and store the following personal information if you complete one of our online forms or if we meet you and exchange details at a trade exhibition/conference:

We use a third party email provider to deliver our marketing emails.  We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-mail marketing.
