Information for our customers and suppliers.
In view of the current Coronavirus ‘COVID-19’ pandemic, Damper Technology Ltd. (DTL) would like to provide you with the following information.
Our response plan has been put in place to ensure we are able to continue to operate whilst protecting our employees, customers and suppliers.
As a priority, we have decided to put several measures in place to protect the health of our employees and their families, including:
- Ensuring we have the resources for all office-based staff to work from home, as we are fortunate to be ‘cloud-based’ enabling us to work remotely. Telephone lines are easily diverted to staff mobiles using our VOIP telephone system.
- Restricting face to face meetings and visits. Unfortunately, we will not be able to visit any customers or suppliers in person but have the facility to carry out video calls. All team members have access to screen sharing and conference call software which means we can hold and attend virtual meetings as normal without the need to travel or meet in person.
- Immediate self-isolation for anybody feeling unwell or showing symptoms.
Our offices will remain open but will be operating with a reduced capacity and the remainder of staff will be working from home to ensure our daily operations as a company are still performed and projects remain to progress.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience or delays due to this unprecedented event and any impact on our services will be managed effectively as possible. We continue to monitor this moving situation and we will provide updates on a project by project basis.
The health and safety of our employees, suppliers and customers is our highest priority, along with providing support and a continued service for our customers.
Kind regards,
Mark Hancock
